Payment must be made when completing the order.
Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received.

If the payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed or processed.

All prices displayed on our website are in Czech koruna (CZK), Polish zloty (PLN), euros (EUR), or British pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Any shipping costs will be displayed when completing the order.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, for example due to changes in production or shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
If an order is canceled or goods are returned, the amount will be sent back using the same payment method used to make the payment.
Refund processing usually takes up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

To ensure our customers’ safety, Lumendomov reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders where fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
For higher-value orders, additional verification may be required before the shipment is dispatched.
