30 days to return your order
At Lumendomov, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, we offer a clear and simple process for returning the goods without unnecessary complications.
Return period
You may return the goods within 30 days of receiving the package.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories. This is the only way to ensure acceptance of the returned goods.

After receiving your message, our customer service will send you a confirmation and detailed information about the next steps. -
Pack the goods
Place the product in its original packaging and include all components, documents, and labels. -
Attach the return label
If the product is defective, we will send you a label for a free return.
If you only wish to return the product because you have changed your mind, you must arrange and pay for the shipping yourself. -
Send the package
Send the package to the address provided in the confirmation email.
We do not charge any handling fees for accepting returned goods.
Return costs
Defective or damaged product
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, our company will cover the return costs.
Change of mind
The shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is not refunded in this case, except when the return is made within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period—in that case, the standard delivery fee for the order will be refunded.
Refunds
After receiving the package and inspecting the goods, we will inform you of the outcome by email.
If the returned goods meet the specified conditions, we will refund the money to your original payment method.
The return process may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Exchange of goods
If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or another model, email us at info@lumendomov.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Before sending the exchange, make sure the item is:
